KAORI GOTO 

１９８６年青森県十和田市生まれ。

モダンダンスを内沢すみ子、クラシックバレエをを力丸純奈、イヴォ・シューネマン、コンテンポラリーダンスを日野理香、関原亜子より学ぶ。

2006年～2013年e.a.c.h co. の主要メンバーとして活動後、Tero Saarinen、伊藤キム、池田扶美代、石山雄三など国内外舞踊家作品、石川卓磨などの美術家作品などに出演。近年は伊藤キムの演出助手、アシスタントとして多くの公演に携わる。

 

地元・青森県十和田市では、2012年十和田市現代美術館にて初自主公演開催、十和田市で踊る「後藤かおりとダンスで遊ぶシリーズ」始動、ワークショップ開催、2014年グッドデザイン賞受賞「ウマジン」(安斉研究所＋(公社)十和田青年会議所)で「酔っ払いに愛を2015」招聘、100人パレード振付監修など、地域・アート・ダンスを繋げる活動も展開。

ヴァイオリニスト豊川麗子と共に幼稚園保育園でのボランティア訪問などの活動も行う。

２０１５年より伊藤キム代表フィジカルシアターカンパニーGERO所属。

 

Kaori Goto was born in Aomori prefecture, Japan in 1986. She received her training in modern dance with Sumiko Uchisawa, and classic ballet from Junna Rikimaru and Ivo Schuenemann, and contemporary dance from Rika Hino and Ako Sekihara. She received 6th place in the 22nd National Dance Festival, and was the finalist for the 69th Tokyo Shimbun National Dance Competition. She has performed in pieces choreographed by Kim Itoh, Fumiyo Ikeda, Yuzo Ishiyama, and Tero Saarinen, as well as in video performance pieces by Takuma Ishikawa. She is a member of the Physical Dance Company Gero since 2015, and has worked as Kim Itoh’s assistant director. She also has experience as a director, choreographing for the local performance scene in her hometown Aomori, to connect art, dance, and the community.
